Letter to Loosli from Charles Bernard, endosring the character of Bernard's friend, Andrei Rachkovsky. Bernard states that Rachkovsky has no knowledge of any material belonging to Rachkovsky the father that would tie him to the Bern trial, and that, secondly, he was told by distinguished members of the Jewish community that the Protocols arrived from London. Bernard also inquires how a Freemason could condment a Brother in a trial.
