Scope and Content
Testimony of Andre Rachkovsky, son of Pyotr Rachkovsky, concerning the Protocols of the Elders of Zion. He claims that his own first encounter iwht the Protocols was in the context of the 1905 Revolution, in St. Petersburg, and that it seemed to make sense to him if the Revolution was framed in terms of a world conspiracy. He provides evidence fro why his father, Pyotr Rachkovsky, was not involved with fabricating the Protocols, among the evidence that a similar brochure with nearly identical contents appeared in the United States, where his father has never been, nor knew anyone.
