Scope and Content
Letter from Aleksandr Tager to Mr. Loosli describing his efforts to find a paper trail of the acquisition of the Protocols of the Elders of Zion by the Russian police. He describes the police investigations into the Zionist movement in 1908 and says that since the Protocols were not mentioned they were in all likelihood not present or acquired as evidence, which serves as proof of their lack of authenticity. He likewise gives a list of documents attached for the perusal of the committee, including a note from the police archives and a copy of the Protocols.
