This letter was sent from the journalist Iosif Kolyshko, living in Nice, to a certain Vladimir L'vovich concerning the history of the Protocols of the Elders of Zion in Russia, their discovery and the reaction of the journalist community toward them, first with enthusiasm, then with skepticism, until their eventual discrediting during the Great War.
