Scope and Content

The text recounts the history and purpose of the Protocols of the Elders of Zion. A man named "Nilus" published the protocols in 1905. However, the author raises doubts on his biography and even existence. The idea of the protocols was to deflect the attention of current Russian problems by blaming the Jews. Still, this idea was not new. According to the author, a certain General Orgewsky commissioned a report to prove the danger that the Jews are to society. The report was forgotten until the disaster of the Russian-Japanese war, an occasion to again place blame on Jews. Three agents called Rachowsky, Moniuloff and Golwinsky were sent to Paris and commissioned to fabricate alleged protocols. These protocols should summarize all Jewish activity and show the threat that the Jews represent. The text is truncated.
