The file contains a document concerning the judgment and reasoning in the Bern trial on the first of November 1937. The file deals with the summary of the judgment motives in the revision trial against Alfred Silvio Schnell and Theodor Fischer concerning the 'Protocols of the Wise man of Zion'. The revision hearing took place in 1937 and was the second instance of the trial regarding the 'Protocols'. In 1935, Fischer and Schnell were found guilty, but both were acquitted in the 1937 appeal hearing, since the legal offense of spreading 'Schundliteratur' (trash literature) was not given. the other thing was
