Scope and Content
The file contains a legal opinion regarding the Dreyfuss-Brodsky and Cohn trial in 1934. Jules Dreyfuss-Brodsky, Dr. Marcus Cohn and Marcus Ehrenpreis indicted Alfred Zander and Max Amann for the publication and dissemination of the 'Protocols of the Wise man of Zion'. Furthermore Alfred Zander is accused that he confirmed in the newspaper the 'Der eiserne Besen' (the Iron Broom) the authenticity of the protocols. In addition, a shortened content of the legal opinion of Prof. Arthur Baumgarten is attached. Baumgarten presented this legal opinion the first time in the Bern trial. Also an legal opinion which is based on the complaint of Dreyfus-Brodsky and Cohn against Zander is attached.
