Scope and Content
The file contains the 16th Bulletin from a series of Bulletins dealing with events in the Bern trial. It has been published by the Swiss Federation of Jewish Communities in Switzerland. This Bulletin is regarding the 10th day of trial on the 9th of Mai 1935. Since autumn 1934 the trial has been prepared in order to hear the case of the 'Protocols of the Wise man of Zion'. At this day the 16th session started in the morning, the trial was opened by judge Walter Meyer. In this session Fleischhauer was not able to be present. Then Loosli continued again his expertise, this time he presented his thoughts about the question what a literary falsification is and if the 'Protocols' are a literary falsification, he answered the question with 'yes'. Furthermore he answered 4 more questions concerning the falsification of the 'Protocols'.
