Scope and Content
The file contains the protocol of the eleventh session of the Bern trial on the 6th of May 1935 in the afternoon. After the president, judge Walter Meyer, opened the session Fleischhauer started to report again about the statement of Baumgarten, were he apologized for piqued Fleischhauer. As Fleischhauer argues, he appreciates the apology but if would have been the better way if he would have come directly to him instead of writing a letter. Then he continues to discredit the testimony of Chatherine Radziwill, who played a major role in exposing The Protocols of the Elders of Zion. In 1921, she gave a private lecture in New York in which she claimed that the Protocols were compiled in 1904-1905 by Russian journalists at the direction of Pyotr Rachkovsky, chief of the Okhrana, the Russian secret service in Paris, which she also testified in the Bern trial. After this Meyer presented a letter from Watch Tower, Jehovah's Witnesses, who claimed that Fleischhauer presented his writings wrongly and used them in order to illustrate his own believes, which have nothing to do with the writings of Tower. Fleischhauer acknowledged the letter, but stayed with his statement. Then he continued with speaking about the Talmud.
