Scope and Content
The file contains the protocols of the sixth session of the Bern trial on the 2nd of May 1935 at 9 o'clock in the morning. After the president, judge Walter Meyer opened the session Hans Ruef was granted permission to speak. He started his speech with mentioning the interference of the foreign press into the Bern trial. In detail he refered to specific articles in order to make a point of view. Further organizational matters concerning the trial were clarified. For example that Baumgarten was not able to join the trial the following week. The Fleischhauer started to speak again, he spoke again about the Jewish 'World politic', he compared again Jolys dialog with the Protocols, he used addition material regarding the world-view and perception of Jews and he questioned the testimonies of earlier witnesses. The morning session finished at 11.50 am.
