Scope and Content
The file contains the court protocol of the fourth session of the Bern Trial on the 30th of April 1935, in the afternoon. In this session Fleischhauer continues his expert statement and his explanation about Joly's Dialogues. Further he uses the affirmation of Helene v. Derfeldern and explains his conspiracy theory about the Protocols of the wise man of Zion. He also defames the credibility of the other experts and witnesses. In addition he uses the trial for his propaganda and claims the authenticity of protocols, for that his expert statement is not just meant to prove the authenticity of the protocols but rather to explain and show his anti-Semitic views.
