Scope and Content
Letter from the Zionist Federation of Australia and New Zealand, requesting to be sent the judgment of the Lower Court and Court of Appeal in the matter of the Bern Trial, from 1955. Attached to the letter is an excerpt from Commonsense, a U.S.A. publication, claiming that the Bern trial verdict that the Protocols were a forgery was reached by "a single Marxist judge" and later overturned by the Court of Appeal without Jewish protest.
