Scope and Content
A letter of Spiridovich to Ubald von Roll outlining his testimony. his main attempt is described as presenting the Protocolls as a credo of the Jewish people. Spiridovich claims that Nilus found some documents in the library of Goutcharov and this is the basis of the Protocolls. Spirodovich states that he will challenge all accusations against the Okhrana. He also states to rebut assertions against Golovinski and Manuliov. Spiridovich claims to have a lot to tell about Ratschowski and that he can denounce the claims of Swatikoff. He also claims that Bint is overestimated and also suggests to reveal the role of Du Chayla as an Bolshevik agent provocateur. The file contains a 2 pages rebut of the testimony of of Swatikoff and a page with details about Spiridovich for court.
