[Documents used for and regarding the Bern trial]

The file contains documents used in the Bern trial. For example biographies and broader informations of witnesses, as well as documents given by the judge and to be answered by the experts, including 9 questions regarding the authenticity of the 'protocols' and further questions which had to be answered in the abstract written about the 'protocols'. In addition an exposé for the purpose of orientation and organization of defense on the part of the accused. In this exposé the accused with their defender Fleischhauer explained that the trial is not only conerned with the question of the authenticity of the 'protocols' but also the fight between the 'old world' and the 'new world', which means between the 'new world'- Nationalism and the 'old world'- Jews, Bolshevism, Freemasons.
