Scope and Content
The file contains correspondences regarding the expert opinions of the Bern trial. In the letters they confirm and discuss the expert opinion of Baumgarten, Fleischhauer and Loosli. Furthermore the reports of the experts have been sent to the other parties/ lawyers for their inspection and preparation for the trial. Fleischhauer claimed more time to work through the files of the other experts, but the judge denied another postponement. Also question regarding the witnesses, their handling and attendance have been asked. Files including names and relevance of the wtnesses are also attached. The correspondence is between the judge Walter Meyer, Ulrich Fleischhauer, Hans Ruef and Albrecht Loosli in from December 1934 till February 1935.
