Extent and Medium
1 electronic resource (73 pages)
Scope and Content
The file contains correspondences between Ulrich Fleischhauer, expert named by the defendant and Hans Ruef, the lawyer of Silvio Schnell, who was a a member of the National Front and responsible for their distribution of writings, and further with the Police direction of Bern, Switzerland and the court. The correspondence is regarding some disagreements between Fleischhauer and the court, as he claims refund for his work on the expert opinion and report for the Bern trial. He calculated 65166,44 RM for his work. Also Ruef tried to help in this matter, as Fleischhauer spent aparently a lot of his own money for the report. As it is written the other experts honorariums have been paid, so the question have been raised why Fleischhauer did not reseive his refund. Additional letters of complains regarding the refund are attached. Further disagreements between Fleischhauer and others can be seen. Other participants and assistants, like Oberst Haller and DR. Meyer, also claimed their experts honorariums for the Bern trail.
