Scope and Content
Letter to Toedli acknowledging receipt of previous letter and requesting the addressee name not be put on the packages if mail is sent to the current address. Requests also the precise lineup of the witnesses for the prosecution, including names and patronymics. States that Prince Urusov has putatively died, and is concerned he may have been replaced by a Jewish impostor. Complains that he has been receiving many unreasonable demands from Erfurt and that the people there are not discreet, and should focus on collecting money since, at present, they are wasting the money of the Swiss committee. The letter is followed by two pages of French translation and summary.
