Scope and Content
The Bern Trial. Protocol of the Session in the morning of October 31, 1934. The session starts with a declaration of Matti regarding the request of Ruef to hear a 3rd expert that he calls a diversion. Still he takes back the request to deny hearing a 3rd expert that the defense demands. But he adds some suggestions how the hearing of a 3rd expert should be handled so it won't diverse the trial. Rueff explains why he wants a 3rd expert to be heared and denies the claim that he wants to diverse the trial. After Ruef demanded the hearing of Fleischhauer as a 3rd expert the trial was recessed. Baumgarten expresses regret that the trial will be paused.
