The file contains the 14th and 15th Bulletin from a series of Bulletins dealing with events in the Bern trial. It has been published by the Swiss Federation of Jewish Communities in Switzerland. This Bulletin is regarding the 9th day of trial on the 8th of Mai 1935. Since autumn 1934 the trial has been prepared in order to hear the case of the 'Protocols of the Wise man of Zion'. At this day the 14th session started in the morning and the 15th session started in the afternoon, the trial was opened by judge Walter Meyer. In those two sessions Loosli continued his expertise, which he started on the day before. He further declared the 'Protocols of the Elders of Zion' as a plagiarism and a forgery and explained in detail why. He also responded to the questions given by the judge regarding the authenticity of the 'Protocols' and to the ritual murder question.
