Scope and Content
The file contains a document based on the trial against C.A. Loosli. Loosli was accused by Boris Toedtli and his laywer Hans Ruef of presenting a false expertise in the Bern trial. He declared that the 'Protocols of the wise man of Zion' as a plagiarism and a forgery produced by helpers of the tsarist Russian Okhrana, anti-Semitic expert Ulrich Fleischhauer claimed, on the other hand, that they were genuine but of uncertain authorship. In this trial Ernst Leonhard also accused Loosli of defamation. The document also presents a statement of C.A. Loosli declaring that anti-Semitc experts used the Bern trial as a stage for their propaganda and called witnesses who are also anti-Semitic and that their statements were predictable. Looslis lawyer demanded that Loosli will be acquitted, compensated for the expenses and that the costs of the trial be imposed on the plaintiff Toedtli.
