Scope and Content
The file contains a correspondence between Ubald von Roll with Fleischhauer, de Pottere, Fry and Nikolai Stepanov. The file contains the original letters as well as summaries of them. Ubald von Roll was a Swiss right-wing extremist, the leader of the location group Bern and 'Gaufuehrer' of the canton Bern. Most of the letters concerning the Bern trial, documents, translations and general informations regarding the defense strategy of von Roll are attached. As von Roll was involved in defense in the Bern trial he also correspond with Fry and C.Chapman in order to use them as witnesses for the plea. Furthermore meetings regarding secret information exchange have been settled in the letters.
