Meikert-Toedtli communication

The file contains a correspondence between Meikert and Boris Toedtli. The letters regarding the exchange of informations for the Bern trial and the establishment of a new antisemitic news office in Switzerland. Boris Toedtli the Swiss Frontist, who lived in Russia before and became an admirer of Hitler's Germany worked very close with Ulrich Fleischhauer concerning the Bern trial and the World Service (Welt-Dienst). Meikert, which was his pseudonym (Pottere in reality), was in the Republic of Austria and throughout Europe 1918-1939 a versatile organizer of anti-Semitic activities. Since 1921 he was one of the organizers of the "International Vienna Anti-Semitic Congress" and cultivated contacts in Europe to create an "International of Antisemitism". After the transfer of power to the National Socialists in 1933, he founded the news office Welt-Dienst with Ulrich Fleischhauer. Where he also met Boris Toedtli. The two separated in 1935, and Pottere tried in 1936 with Boris Tödtli to establish a competitive service in Switzerland.
