The file contains reports regarding accusations for false expert reports and statements. Boris Lifschitz wrote an open letter to Ulrich Fleischhauer, where he accused Fleischhauer of lying and changing the facts in his expertise for the Bern trial. Lifschitz pointed out that Fleischhauer accused C. A. Loosli for writing a false statement as one of the experts in the Bern trail, regarding the authenticity of the Protocols of the wise man of Zion. In this open letter he explains that Fleischhauer and not Loosli used the Bern trail as a platform for his own propaganda and not for sharing informations regarding the Protocols. In detail the reports discuss and question witness statements, informations and assertion. Furthermore letters regarding the Bern trial, exchange of advanced informations and demands for a penalty can be seen.
