Scope and Content
The file contains several transcripts of the main court sessions in 1934 and witness statements about Russia. The statement by Sergei Svatikov, includes critical evidences and testimonies regarding the notorious Protocols of the wise man of Zion. In his interrogation he was asked about Nilus, his work and about Nilus opinion on the authenticity of the Protocols. The other transcript shows the interrogation of A.M. du Chayla. He was questioned about the Protocols, his life and work in Russia as well as about Nilus. He was questioned by the judge Walter Maeyer and by the experts Loosli and Baumgarten.
