Scope and Content
The document is an English translation of a pamphlet concerning the true nature of the Protocols of the Elders of Zion. The pamphlet states that the protocols were forged by S. A. Nilus, a minor clerk in the Synod in Moscow, and that the pamphlet was used by the regime in Russia to justify tyranny. The pamphlet discusses the discovery of the forgery of the Protocols by the Times correspondednt in Constantinople, who discovered a very similar book with wholesale quotations, and cites the verdict of the Bern trial as a legal confirmation of the forgery.
