Scope and Content
Testimony written in the 3rd person describing Andre Ratchkovsky selling his father's memoires and archives to a Mr. Rollin, who impersonated a reporter from Le Temps writing about the last years of the 19th century, Ratchkovsky also received several visits concerning the Protocols during 1934, as well as a letter from his niece, Vera Agafonova, asking him whether he would receive a man named Nikolaievsky on the subject of the Protocols. He was informed by Spiridovich that this man was an old revolutionary planning an attack on his father. He then spoke to Spiridovich about the visit of Svetikof, who examined the archives of Pyotr Rachkovsky and found not a trace of the Protocols.
