Tito speaks

The pamphlet contains the speech delivered by Marshal Tito at the Second Meeting of the Anti-Fascist Council of Nation Liberation of Yugoslavia (AVNOJ) held as Jajce in November 1943. There the decision was made to turn Yugoslavia into a federative state. In the speech Tito defines for stages of the struggle for national liberation: Capitulation of Yugoslavia and national resistances, transformation of partisan detachments into the National Liberation Army of Yugoslavia and the present stage – the establishment of the National Committee of Liberation of Yugoslavia as a provisional national government. A reprint of an article by Marshal Tito in the periodical ‘New Yugoslavia’ from March 1st, 1944, is included.
