Scope and Content

The pamphlet focuses on the resistance efforts among Austrian Youth against National Socialism in a narrative form. It is dedicated to Rosa Hoffmann who was executed on March 9th, 1943 and all young Austrian patriots struggling for a free Austria. It tells of three childhood friends, now invalid from war injuries some time in 1943 who decide to resist and produce underground leaflets calling for resistance.
