The pamphlet was printed on the occasion of the 10. anniversary of the uprising in the Warsaw ghetto. Its object is to give a brief account of the events and background of the uprising and to point out its meaning and significance for posterity. Testimonials of fighters and witnesses are included. The names with short biographies of fallen fighters is part of the second half of the publication. A handwritten dedication by the author to L. Montefiore can be found on the first page.
