Scope and Content

The pamphlet warns its readers about the dangers of fascism as can be seen by countries like Italy which already have Fascistic rulers. It describes a political and social climate in which wage negotiations are suspended and strikes forbidden. In addition, the pamphlet explains that in different countries in Europe (Hungary, Yugoslavia, Latvia, Romania, Bulgaria, Poland and Finland) atrocities were committed, and opponents starved and imprisoned.
