The pamphlet describes some of the Nazi atrocities committed in Germany by “unofficial” gangs while the police stand idly by, as reported in British newspapers like the Morning Post and the Times. Joseph Compton, chairman of the National Executive Committee of the Britsh Labour Party from 1932-1933 explains why Fascism needs to be opposed and fought. He concludes that Fascism means war.
