Lettre ouverte d'un neutre à M. Hitler

The publication titled "An open letter to M. Hitler by a neutral" analyzes and reflects on the writings in “Mein Kampf” in order to understand the true intentions of A. Hitler. It then asks about the consequences of these principals for a neutral state. It further discusses the doctrine of Hitler – the necessity to conform to the laws of nature, the sacrifice of the individual to the species, the importance of race, the law of the strongest, the inevitability of the struggle for living space and the notion of a racial state.
