Scope and Content
The pamphlet is a declaration of decisions of the Anti-Fascist Council of National Liberation of Yugoslavia. In includes positions on various subjects like King Peter and his government, the national committee of liberation, the fight of Tito and his partisans and others. A separate chapter includes excerpts from Parliamentary debates in the house of commons (United Kingdom) from December 1943 to 1944.
