Scope and Content
The booklet published by the National Liberation committee of Upper Italy provides an overview of the armed struggle for the liberation of Northern Italy. The organization of the partisans, their development, and the main movements within the organization are presented. Activities like acts of sabotages in the provinces are recounted and enlivened through songs, pictures, anecdotes and some statistics. The third chapter discusses the political implication of the Partisan struggle and includes three documents with administrative guidelines.
