Scope and Content

The object of this pamphlet is to provide a “straightforward statement on the present condition of political affairs in Europe”. After highlighting the military success of Bismarck, the failures of Kaiser Wilhelm and Hitler’s record so far (1936?), an alliance of all peace loving nations of Europe against Germany is suggested under the same concept as NATO later on.
