Scope and Content
The Fourth survey on the affairs of the continental churches (April 1936 to April 1937) discusses the situation of the Protestant Churches in Germany and their position towards the government. The main parties of the German Church and their positions are presented. Nazi ideology and its influence on the Hitler Youth is analyzed next. Various documents e. g. of the Reichs church committee, Minister Kerrl, and an open letter to Minister Kerrl are included.
