The publication of the association of the foreign workers in the USSR, printed in Leningrad, discusses the situation of Germany from a communist point of view, two months after Hitler’s rise to power. It blames the social democrats for the rise of Hitler and as enablers of fascism during their years in power. The publication quotes Lenin on how to deal with such a situation. The author is convinced that the Hitler regime won’t last long.
