Scope and Content
The pamphlet is a special edition of the “Donau-Kurier” in Ingolstadt, reporting on the activities of the resurgent “graue Gruppe” (Grey Group). The Manching prison was used as a jail for soldiers and as an execution site. During Christmas 1944 there were 800 inmates, 106 among them with a death sentence. A poem and a testimony by Walter Thiele is included.
