Besprechung mit Reichsführer-SS wird das Ghetto Litzmannstadt nicht in ein Konzentrationslager umgewandelt, sondern bleibt ein Gau-Ghetto des Reichsgaues Wartheland. Die Insassen werden auf ein Mindestmaß verringert, welches SS-Hstuf. Bohmann mit seinem Sonder-Kommando durchführt. Der Grundbesitz soll nach Auflösung des Ghettos an die Stadt Litzmannstadt fallen.
