Scope and Content
This sub-sub-series consists of a selection of photographs chosen by the official photographers that relate to activities or events attended by Stephen Harper as Prime Minister of Canada for the month of April 2006.
It includes photographs of Mr. Harper at the re-election of Peter Milliken as Speaker of the House of Commons (April 3) and of Michaëlle Jean's Speech from the Throne (April 4).
In addition, the sub-sub-series documents Stephen Harper's first Question Period as Prime Minister (April 5), an event honouring former Prime Minister Brian Mulroney (April 20), and a commemorative ceremony for the victims of the Holocaust (April 25).
