Series consists of general correspondence, 1957-1986; correspondents include Stephen and Erika Barber, Ota Hora, Meyer Gasner and Ben Kayfetz concerning Joseph Kirschbaum, Alexander Kraus, Erich Kulka, Elliott Levine and the Canadian Association for Ethiopian Jews and Jacob M. Lowy; newsletters of the International Council of Jews from Czechoslovakia, 1972-1980 and correspondence with its president, Karl Baum, 1972-1976; files relating to Dr. Rosenberg's resolution passed by the Canadian Jewish Congress 21st Plenary Assembly in 1986 asking for the return of Judaic treasures to the Jewish People by the Czechoslovak government; various other subject files relating to Hidachduth Oley Czechoslovakia, 1971-1975; Ottawa Vaad Ha'Ir, Committee on Soviet Jewry, 1969-1971, 1977; Temple Israel of Ottawa, 1986; Dr. Rosenberg's attempt to have a Holocaust resolution passed by the Canadian House of Commons, 1986; and the World Union for Progressive Judaism, 1985-1986.
