Acquisition
Source of acquisition is the Derz︠h︡avnyĭ arkhiv Ivano-Frankivsʹkoï oblasti (State Archives of the Ivano-Frankivsʹk Region), Ukraine. The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Archives received the filmed collection via the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum International Archives Project in August 2018.
Scope and Content
Consists of 9445 registration cards of Jewish residents of Stanisławów city and region (now Ivano-Frankivs'k). Collection contains selected (based on the ethnic origin) cards of the Jewish residents who were registered by the local Social Insurance Office during the Nazi occupation of this city while performing various work details and labor assignments inside and outside Stanisławów ghetto in 1941-1942.

Arranged in one series: 1. Registration cards of Jewish residents of Ivano-Frankivs'k city and its region. Organized in the alphabetical order of the Russian alphabet according to the surnames of registrants. Each card has unique registration number and contains a full name, date of birth, place of employment, and residence of the person, some registrants have more than one card.
