Acquisition

Source of acquisition is the Archiwum Państwowe w Łodzi, Poland, Sygn. 334. The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Archives received the filmed collection via the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum International Archival Programs Division in June 2018. This is a cooperative project based on the agreement between USHMM and Yad Vashem, Israel.

Cases and registers of foreigners, and the index of Polish citizenship certificates.

System of Arrangement

Arranged in four series: 1. Cases of foreigners, 1939; 2. Reservations regarding the issue of foreign passports, 1936-1937; 3. List of registered foreigners, 1933-1939; Index-notifications from the Starostwo Grodzki on the credentials of Polish citizenship on ID cards and on print, 1936-1939.
