Spisy z let 1939–1943 obsahují matriční záležitosti, registraci Židů (včetně smíšených manželství a Židů nemojžíšského vyznání), pracovní nasazení, cestovní povolení, bytové a stavební záležitosti, přihlašování a odevzdávání majetku, soupis inventáře ŽNO, pojištění majetku, seznamy nadací, účetní materiál a vystěhovaleckou agendu.

  8. Jewish Religious Community of Hranice

    This fonds contains 18th-century book of takkanot, the community's statutes, meeting minutes, banns registers (1891–1940), financial files, synagogue seats records, documents relating to the local Jewish school, the 1876 statutes and other records of the burial society (including graves register/ register of graves), and documents relating to the local Jewish women's association. The burial society and women's association files were kept until 1942.

Běžná agenda byla vedena až do roku 1940. Kromě toho fond obsahuje menší celek spisů z let 1940 – 1944, které odrážejí nacistickou rasovou perzekuci. Jedná se o záznamy z jednání s olomouckým gestapem, korespondenci ŽNO a spisy týkající se vystěhovalectví a odevzdání majetku.

    Fond obsahuje seznamy Židů na pardubickém panství na konci 18. století, stanovy ŽNO, včetně změn (1874, 1977, 1896, 1936), zápisy ze schůzí, volební spisy, personální spisy, seznam válečných uprchlíků (1914–1918), stavební záležitosti (včetně stavby synagogy), písemnosti pohřebního bratrstva a koncepty sepsání dějin Židů v Pardubicích. Knihy pohřebního bratrstva, především evidence hrobů, byly vedeny do r. 1942. K fondu je připojen materiál Arbeitsamtu Pardubice zachycující pracovní nasazení Židů: kartotéka (1941–1942) a aktový materiál (1940–1945).
