    De collectie manuscripten van het CEGESOMA bevat hoofdzakelijk autobiografische nota’s, dagboeken en andere ‘egodocumenten’, variërend in lengte van eerder beknopte notities tot memoires van tientallen pagina’s. In enkele zeldzame gevallen gaat het om andere types documenten, zoals toespraken of literatuur. Doorgaans vinden we in deze collectie de neergeschreven getuigenissen – sommigen eigentijds, het grootste deel na de feiten – van gewone burgers, militairen, dienstplichtigen, verzetsstrijders, oud-gevangenen en gedeporteerden, vervolgde Joden, … De focus ligt duidelijk op het einde van ...
