Source of acquisition is the Nederlands Instituut voor Oorlogsdocumentatie, NIOD, (Netherlands Institute for War Documentation), Fond 244. The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Archives received the digitized collection via the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum International Archives Project in Jan. 2015.

Arranged in two series: 1.Transport lists. 2. Testimonies of relatives or former prisoners (Alphabetically arranged by location from where the missing person is deported, arrested, detained or of which has been given the last sign of life. Then, if possible, alphabetically by last name of the missing person.)

Restrictions on access. Museum staff and researchers are required to complete a User Declaration in order to gain access to the collection.
