Source of acquisition is the Auswärtiges Amt. Politisches Archiv des Auswärtiges Amt, Germany. The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Archives received the collection via the United States Holocaust Museum International Archives Project in 2014.

Inland II-C (Volkstumsfragen, Volksgruppen, Vomi), 1942-1944; 5. Inland II-D (Finanzfragen und Wirtschaftsfragen der Volksgruppen), 1932-1944; 6. Inland II-Gehiem, 1935-1944; 7. Inland I-Partei, 1930-1944; 8. D-VI Bauangelegenheiten in der Wilhemsstrasse), 1938-1944. “Referat Deutschland”, 1920-1934, after 1933, was renamed as a record group “PO N. E.” (Nationale Erhebung) and after 1934 organized in a group "Inland 2" (a name given in 1941, and now used for the entire collection).
