Source of acquisition is the Archiwum Państwowe w Warszawie, Sygn. 655. The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Archives received the filmed collection via the United States Holocaust Museum International Archives Project in Dec. 2013, and accretion in May 2014.

The inventory to the collection contains the following data: Call No, last name, first name (the title of a file), remarks of various kind, names of the parents of other relatives, the year and place of birth of the person in question, the year and place of death, the last whereabouts of the deceased, occupation, circumstances of the death, personal data of the witnesses.
