Forms part of the Claims Conference International Holocaust Documentation Archive at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum. This archive consists of documentation whose reproduction and/or acquisition was made possible with funding from the Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany.

The records of the Chamber of Health (Gesundheitskammer) in Warsaw were probably evacuated in 1944 from Warsaw via Sochaczew and reached Poznań, where at the beginning of 1945 the Red Army confiscated them. The records were later transferred to the State Archives in Warsaw. The collection is fragmentary, as only a small percentage of the records survived. It is the only one group of records of the District Chamber of Health in the former Generalgouvernement Source of acquisition is the Archiwum Państwowe w Warszawie, Poland, Sygn. 497. The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Archives received the filmed collection via the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum International Archival Programs Division in 2015.
