Biografia twórcy
In the German-occupied territories of Poland, in which the General Government had been established in 1939, the German police played a significant role. The police was divided into the order police, security police and security service. The operations of the German police was supported by auxiliary Polish Police squads, also called the “blue police”. The activity of the squads of the Polish Police bordered the territories of the prewar counties of Opoczno and Rawa, as well as a part of the Będzin county. The headquarters of county authorities were in Tomaszów Mazowiecki, and therefore, it was later renamed to the Tomaszów county.
